Timeless Luxury One-Year Warranty
Timeless Luxury warranties all watches for one full year from the date of invoice unless otherwise indicated in the listing or invoice.
What is not covered under the Warranty
Vintage watches, pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry and accessories are not covered by this warranty. Also, because most mechanical ( and Quartz ) watches do not keep perfect, accurate time, the warranty does not cover watches that run slow or fast, nor does it cover damage caused by wearer abuse or misuse, such as (but not limited to) knocks, dents, crushing, and scratching. The warranty does not cover cracked, scratched or broken crystals, or water damage. Alterations and/or repairs, or custom work done without the prior written consent from Timeless Luxury will render this warranty null and void. Additionally, any attempted repair, modification, or general tampering of the watch by technicians unauthorized by the Company ( in writing ) will render this warranty null and void. The warranty also does not cover wholesale/dealer orders.
The Timeless Luxury one-year warranty is limited to U.S. based customers only. It does not apply to international transactions. All international sales are final.

Shipping:
All orders ship within 2 business days after the order is processed and approved. Free second day shipping on all orders. Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost (contact us). All orders are shipped via Fedex, and are fully insured at no cost to the customer. Tracking information will be sent to customer upon shipment. Returns:
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Any pre-owned watch, with the exception of vintage watches purchased from us, may be returned, in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, books and accessories, within three (3) calendar days from receipt. This policy is FOR ONLINE SALES ONLY and provided that the watch has not been worn. There is no return policy for watches sold in the store. All store sales are final. For online sales, we ask that you notify us of your intention to return the watch immediately and that you ship the merchandise back to our office before the expiration of this three calendar day return policy, insured for the full purchase price, at your expense. Must be post marked before the 3rd calendar day. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping. Unless otherwise stated on this website, or any product page, there is no return policy whatsoever on any watch listed as a “vintage watch” . All international sales are final.
