Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders ship within 2 business days after the order is processed and approved. Shipping is free via FedEx 2Day Express. Overnight shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight is also available (contact us). All orders are shipped via FedEx, and are fully insured at no cost to the customer through our private insurance account. Tracking information will be sent to customer upon shipment. Payment clearing and approval times are dependent upon the method of payment selected. See below for more details.

Payment:

Credit Card

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped only after the credit card company has approved and “settled” the order. This is normally done each day at 6 pm EST on the day of the order is placed before 2 pm EST – so your order will ship out the very next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will generally ship out the 2nd business day. Please note that all orders must be shipped to the address on file with your credit card company. If you would like your order shipped to an address that is different, other than the one on record with the issuing bank, we ask that you contact your credit card company by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card, and request to place an “alternate shipping address” on record, so that we can verify this information. By stating that you want an “alternate shipping address” it will simply be a notation on your record and should not cause any change in your billing information. It is another fraud-prevention method that we use to be certain that we are dealing with the actual cardholder.

Estimated delivery dates are based upon orders received by 2 pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If your order is placed and approved before 2 pm EST Monday through Friday, it will generally ship on the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Friday generally ship on Tuesday. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee any particular delivery date. Items ordered together may ship separately.

If for some reason you decide that you would like to return the watch, please note that the credit card fee of 3% will not be refunded.  See below for additional return details.

Bank Wire

Orders paid by wire will be shipped on the day we receive confirmation of the funds from our bank. The cut off time to receive incoming wires is 3 pm EST. Please note that we accept wire transfers only. No ACH’es or other forms of electronic transfer will be accepted.

Sales and Use Tax Notice

Recently many states have issued guidance regarding purchases for which residents did not pay sales tax. When sales tax is not charged, use tax may be due on the transaction that may have otherwise been taxable. It follows the same rules and requirements as sales tax.

There are three common instances where a use tax obligation may occur:

* Ordering from a mail‐order catalog

* Buying over the internet

* Buying goods in another state but having the merchant ship the goods to you in your resident state as opposed to you taking possession of them in the store.

In all of these circumstances, if sales tax is not charged and the goods are shipped to you in your resident state, you may owe use tax to your resident state. Use tax is not owed if you pay another state’s sales tax on the purchase.

Remember though that not all internet and mail‐order catalog purchases are subject to use tax. Please refer to your local city, county, or state taxing agency for questions on whether use tax may be applicable to your purchase.

Returns:

We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. Any pre-owned watch, with the exception of vintage watches purchased from us, may be returned, in the same condition sold, and including all boxes, papers, books, and accessories, within Seven (7) calendar days from receipt. We require that you notify us in writing within Five (5) calendar days from receipt of the item that you will be returning it.  This policy is FOR ONLINE SALES ONLY and provided that the watch has not been worn and that the security tag is still in place.  There is no return policy for watches sold in the store. All store sales are final. For online sales, we ask that you notify us of your intention to return the watch immediately and that you ship the merchandise back to our office before the expiration of the 7 calendar day return policy, insured for the full purchase price, at your expense and Must be postmarked on or before the 7th calendar day. We cannot be responsible for lost packages. Upon receipt of the returned item, in the condition in which it was sold, we will refund the purchase price, less shipping as well as the 3% credit card fee (only on orders paid with PayPal or credit card). Unless otherwise stated on this website or any product page, there are NO RETURNS whatsoever on any watch listed as “Unworn”, “NEW”, or “Vintage”.  All sales of new and unworn watches are final.  All international sales are final. For returns please keep in mind:

-Returns must be returned postmarked on or before Sevenenth calendar day ( except on Unworn, NEW, & Vintage watches which are not returnable unless otherwise stated ) to Timeless Luxury from the date of receipt.

-Merchandise that has been worn, altered or damaged will not be accepted for returns.

-Do not remove any plastic seals, security tags, etc until you are certain you are keeping the item. If you attempt to remove the stickers or the security tag, the item will not be accepted for return.

-You must contact us for a return authorization number within five (5) calendar days of receipt of the item.

-The item must be postmarked for return on or before the 7th calendar day after receipt of the watch.

-The item must be in Timeless Luxurys’ possession within 7 days of receiving the return number. There will be no exceptions.
