I've always been skeptical about purchasing pre-owned luxury timepieces and especially online. However, Brian really assuaged those concerns with his timely responses, real answers and willingness to get on the phone to answer my more involved questions. Not once did he make me feel that I was asking a dumb question or that he didn't have time to engage. This is quality service and personal attention and what ultimately made me feel comfortable making the order. His shipping speed was fast. The watches were very well protected. And, most importantly, the watches were in the condition as described on his website. I also had once small incident with a missing part (bundled accessories) for one of the watches. Brian immediately took ownership of the issue and resolved it. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience. But most of all, he earned my confidence and business.

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It actually turned out better than it was described to me. Plus it has a one year warranty.
